Where to begin? First, you don't want to have a low bounty unless you are a rider. When I began playing the game, a $2B bounty was quite a bit. Now....it's nothing. If you are going to hunt, you want a lot of money coming in. You will need it for all the weapons you will need. Second, if you want to be able to smoke people after level 100, HIRED GUNS!!!! You will need them. Especially if you want to be able to take people out that are twice your level. And yes, it can be done. I do it many times during wars. Third, join a family. They will have more experienced players that can help you learn the game. I run a family on Mobsters that is loaded with people with experience, and we will help anyone that is willing to learn.
